New "No Sale" options
We have added some new no-sale options that are now available!
+Deposit
We have added a "Deposit" disposition. This will allow you to set a dollar amount taken from the customer and set another follow-up for the future that will not put the customer into the ALMA comms.
Example: A salesperson takes a deposit for a pre-order that will arrive in 2 weeks. They can then use the deposit disposition, set a follow-up for 2 weeks and ALMA will not reach out within that 2 weeks.
+Out of Market
When this is selected you will be asked to, enter notes (not requiring follow-up/appointment) but ALMA will not reach out, essentially a dropped.
In the future: We will be placing these customers into a "Soft" follow-up comm.
+Post-Sale Follow-Up
This button will ONLY appear after a customer has been marked SOLD in the past 60-day sales cycle. Once selected they will be asked, "Would you like to set a future post-sale follow-up?" Yes or No.
If "No", then just enter notes and this customer is handled and will not be placed into new ALMA comms. If "Yes", then they will set their follow-up ALMA comms will not be affected.
+Sales/BDC Users Active/Inactive Desktop Switch
We have added a new permission that will allow a user to have an "Active/Inactive" switch on their desktop dashboard that will allow them to forcefully take themselves out of lead, call, and follow-up routing calls.
The permission will need to be enabled by management with the ability to manage permissions.
