DP360 Alternatives for Powersports Dealers: Which CRM Job to Replace
DP360 alternatives for powersports dealers, by the job you need done better: AI lead response, calls and texts, BDC or marketing, plus an exit checklist.
Quick answer
The right DP360 alternative depends on which job you need done better. DP360 is a CRM and BDC system, not a DMS, so most alternatives are other CRMs: one built into your DMS, a stand-alone powersports CRM, or an AI-first system. Check your renewal date and get your data out before you switch.
Choosing between DP360 alternatives starts with naming the job DP360 is not doing well enough for your store. DP360, short for Dealership Performance 360 CRM, is a CRM and BDC system for powersports, RV, marine and other dealers. It is not a dealer management system (DMS), so leaving it usually means moving to another CRM, not changing how you run deals, parts or service.
This guide is for the owner, GM, sales manager or BDC lead of a store that runs DP360 today, or is comparing against it at renewal. It covers what DP360 says it does, the kinds of alternative that fit each job, and how to leave the contract cleanly.
How we compared
Every statement about another vendor comes from that vendor's own public pages, read on 30 October 2026 and linked in the sources. We did not test anyone's software, and this is not a ranking. Where a vendor does not publish a fact, we say so rather than guess.
PSX Ascend publishes this page and makes one of the products compared.
PSX Ascend sells a powersports CRM, so it is a direct DP360 alternative. Read the section about us near the end with that in mind. The checklist and the questions work on any vendor, including us.
The short answer
Match the problem to the kind of alternative before you book demos. Most stores leave a CRM because one or two jobs are failing, not all of them.
| What is not working | DP360 feature involved (its name) | Kind of alternative | What to check first |
|---|---|---|---|
| New web leads wait for a first reply | AI Lead Response, AI SMS | A CRM with automated or assisted first response | Which messages go out with no person, and when a salesperson takes over |
| Calls and texts are not in the customer record | Call Recording, Broadcast Text Messaging | A CRM with call recording and two-way texting | Where recordings live and who reviews them |
| Managers cannot see who is working what | Effective Sales Monitoring | A CRM with an owner and next action on every lead | A manager view by salesperson and by store |
| Several stores share one BDC | In-House BDC Suite | A multi-location CRM with BDC routing | How a lead moves between rooftops with its history |
| Past customers are not being worked | Data & Equity Mining, Hyper-Targeted Marketing Suite | Marketing automation tied to the CRM | Consent and opt-out records travel with the contacts |
| You want one system for sales and the back office | None: DP360 is a separate CRM | A DMS with a built-in CRM | What you give up by leaving a stand-alone CRM |
What DP360 covers, in its own words
DP360 leads with AI. Its home page headline, read on 30 October 2026, is "Make AI helpful for everyone at your dealership." The same page promises dealers can "Work Leads by Phone, Email, Text and Mobile App" and lists Powersports, RV, Marine, Agriculture, Trucks and Harley-Davidson under its industry expertise. It says it is "An Airstream, Harley-Davidson®, Polaris® and BRP Certified Vendor."
Its AI page describes these tools:
- Reply With AI: "One-click AI response drafting for your sales team." A salesperson reviews and sends the draft.
- AI Lead Response (Email): "Instant, fully automated email responses for every lead from dealer websites, Trader Interactive marketplaces, and third-party sources."
- AI SMS: "AI-driven text message lead nurturing" through two-way text conversations.
- TRON: "Your salespeople can jump into any AI conversation at any moment."
- Tiers: AI Essential and AI Advanced are offered now. AI Premium, with an "AI Data Analyst," is marked "Coming Soon."
Its solutions page names Effective Sales Monitoring, a Hyper-Targeted Marketing Suite, a Fully Integrated Service Scheduler, Data & Equity Mining and an In-House BDC Suite. The support page offers "Phone and Email support 6 days a week" and "Comprehensive single and multi-day onsite training available." The integrations page claims "300+ integrations and growing" and shows partner logos. DP360 publishes no prices; the site offers a demo.
These are DP360's own descriptions, not our test of its software. Its legal terms name the company as Dealership Performance CRM, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.
Why most DP360 alternatives lists do not help
Most results for "DP360 alternatives" are auto-generated comparison pages. On 30 October 2026, the first page of results was almost entirely Slashdot "DP360 CRM vs" pages, pairing DP360 with general-purpose CRMs, car-dealer tools and a dealer management system. They match products by category, not by the job a powersports store needs done.
The one editorial list we found, One Dealer Lane's "5 Best Software Platforms for Powersports Dealers in 2026" (24 June 2026), correctly calls DP360 "a CRM and BDC platform, not a DMS." It also gives a monthly price range credited only to unnamed "independent sources," so we do not repeat it. None of these pages explains how to leave DP360.
DP360 competitors, by the job you need done
DP360's competitors fall into three groups, and each solves a different problem. Each statement below is the vendor's own, read on its site on 30 October 2026.
| Vendor | Kind | Says it serves | What it says about leads and AI | Publishes prices? |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| DealerCRM by voAIce | AI-first system | "auto, RV, marine and powersports stores" | "CRM, phone, texting, email, desking and inventory in one place, with OliviaAI working every channel" | Not published; demo |
| Lightspeed CRM | CRM inside a DMS | Powersports, marine, RV, trailer, outdoor power equipment and golf dealers | "captures and routes leads from your website, OEM channels, third-party listings, and local events"; "Template-based email and text campaigns" | "customized, line-item quote" |
| Traffic Log Pro | Stand-alone powersports CRM | "the powersports industry" | Lead Manager; "Reply with TLP-AI"; TouchPoint Automated Marketing | Not published; demo |
The table is alphabetical, not a ranking, and not a complete list. PSX Ascend is described separately below.
A CRM that lives inside your DMS
Choose this when double entry between the CRM and the DMS is the real cost. Lightspeed says its CRM "lives directly inside your DMS," so a lead, a trade and a deal sit in one system. The trade-off is that you are now choosing a DMS, with its data conversion and training, to fix a CRM problem. Our guide to powersports CRM vs DMS explains which jobs belong in each.
A stand-alone powersports CRM
Choose this when your DMS works and the customer conversation does not. Traffic Log Pro calls itself "More than just a CRM for the powersports industry." Its footer lists Recreational Dealer Solutions, LLC as the owner of DX1, Traffic Log Pro and ZiiDMS, so read our guide to DX1 alternatives if those brands are also on your list. PSX Ascend is in this group too.
An AI-first system
Choose this when you want AI to work every channel, including the phone. DealerCRM says OliviaAI works "every channel" alongside phone, desking and inventory. Ask any AI-first vendor exactly which messages and calls go out with no person involved.
How much should AI reply on its own?
Decide this before you compare vendors, because the products differ most here. DP360 offers both a draft that a salesperson sends and fully automated replies. Some systems answer every channel automatically; others hand the shopper to a person as soon as they engage.
Write down three rules for your store: which messages may go out with no person, how fast a salesperson must take over once a shopper replies, and how an opt-out is honored in every channel. Then ask each vendor to show those three rules working on a live lead. Our guide to texting customers at a powersports dealership covers consent. This is general information, not legal advice.
Before you leave DP360: an exit checklist
Plan the exit before you sign with anyone. DP360's public master terms, read on 30 October 2026, set the dates that matter. Your own Order Form can change them, so keep it open beside this list.
- Find your Order Form. The terms say the initial contract period "shall be the term/contract period set forth in the Order Form."
- Put the renewal date on a calendar. After the first period, the terms say services "automatically renew on for subsequent additional periods of twelve (12) months each" unless the Order Form says otherwise. To stop a renewal, they require "written notice of cancellation not less than thirty (30) days prior to the applicable renewal date."
- Get your data out before the end date. The terms say the client owns its "System Data," but also that at expiration or termination the client "will no longer have access to" the service. Export while you still have access.
- Ask in writing what a full export contains. Customers, leads, notes, dispositions, texts, emails and call recordings, with format, cost and timing. We found no export clause in the public terms, so get the answer from DP360 in writing.
- Ask for personal information back. The terms' privacy attachment says DP360 "shall, at its option, either return Personal Information to Client or delete" it after termination. Ask for its return before the end date.
- List every lead source. DP360 names dealer websites, Trader Interactive marketplaces and third-party sources. Each must point at the new CRM on cutover day, or leads disappear.
- Move consent and opt-outs with the contacts. Under the FCC's rules, a customer can revoke consent "by using any reasonable method," and the request must be honored within ten business days; a do-not-call request must be honored for five years. If opt-outs stay in the old system, the new one may text someone who already said stop.
- Switch off the old system's automated messages on cutover day. That means AI replies, broadcast texts and marketing campaigns. Otherwise a customer hears from two systems at once.
- Close out the old vendor. If the FTC's Safeguards Rule covers your dealership, it requires overseeing the service providers that hold customer information and securely disposing of customer data no later than two years after it was last used, with some exceptions. Ask your counsel what your exit should require. This is general information, not legal advice.

Questions to ask any DP360 alternative
Ask these of every vendor on your shortlist and get the answers in writing.
Your data
- Which of our DP360 records can you import: notes, dispositions, texts, call recordings? Which do we archive?
- Who does the import, how long does it take, and what does it cost?
- If we leave you later, what does your full export contain?
Your leads and AI
- How fast does a new web or marketplace lead reach a person, and how do you measure it?
- Which messages does your system send with no person involved, and can we turn each one off?
- How is an opt-out honored across text, email and phone?
Your other systems
- Which DMS do you connect to, what moves each way, how often, and who maintains it? Can we speak to a store that runs it?
The contract
- What are the term, renewal and notice rules, and which fees are not in the quote?

Where PSX Ascend fits
PSX Ascend is a CRM, not a DMS, so it replaces the job DP360 does: leads, follow-up and the work managers need to see.
- Leads and follow-up. Our AI-powered powersports CRM is designed around powersports workflows, inventory context and single- and multi-location dealer groups. Associates work each new lead with quick touches, notes and accurate dispositions are required when a sale does not happen, and managers are prompted to take a final look at stalled deals.
- AI that hands back to people. ALMA, the Automated Lead Management Assistant, then does the repetitive re-engagement through the AMP marketing automation platform and brings the customer back to a live conversation with a person. ALMA makes no AI voice calls.
- Calls. PSX records and tags every inbound call, and outbound calls where state law permits. Recordings live in the customer record and in a dashboard view for manager review.
- Several stores. Our multi-location BDC software routes each opportunity to the right rooftop, team and owner without losing the customer's history.
- What to ask us. Bring the exit checklist and the questions above to the demo, including how your DP360 data would come across and which DMS you run, and hold us to written answers.
